Introducing Spectra Dimension

Spectra Dimension, a new Library Dynamics service shown for the first time at ALA in New Orleans, focuses on analyzing the current selection and acquisitions needs of libraries and consortia based on unique analyses of title holdings, copy level data, usage, and collection trends.

New Features in Spectra CRC

Spectra CRC users can now choose to

• Sort very large sets of bibliographic records quickly and easily
• View the set of titles in my library’s collection, titles held in common by my library’s collection and other comparison collections, or gap titles held only in comparison collections and not my library’s collection each with a single click of the mouse.
• Download results in new formats including EndNote, RefWorks, and tab delimited formats.

Together with our current subscribers Library Dynamics is reviewing the 2005 edition of the NATC and making plans for the next edition.
